I wasn’t able to make training Tuesday, so I made that workout up today. It started with Handstand Pushups:
EMOM – 12 Minutes – 2 Deficit Handstand Pushups (Off a 45lb. Plate)
These were much harder than I thought they would be. Video of the first two:
After these I had to start kipping. That was weird with the deficit.
5 Rounds (EMOM)
- 5 Power Snatch @ 55% *Touch and Go *75#
- Double Unders for the remainder of the Minute
Felt easy. Got 203 Double Unders total for all 5 Rounds. I had only been at the gym for like a half hour when I finished this up, so I pushed the prowler:
Loaded with about 145 lbs. I pushed it down and back x 5. One length is probably 30 Meters.
