Another awesome training day at Faction Strength and Conditioning!  Here we go:

Press 1RM

Worked up to 150 lbs. and missed 155 lbs.  Sucks.  Pressing is a weak lift for me.  Can’t wait to Clean and Jerk tomorrow! 🙂

  • 5 OH Squat
  • 5 Box Jumps (30″)

I went with the 30″ box because I wanted it to be hard.  I was concerned about the 95lb overhead squats, but they went really really well.  I might have gotten away with 115lbs., but it would have taken me much longer I think.  Finished in 8:11.
