2 Pood Snatches and another Front Squat PR! | Lift Heavy Run Long

 

Ugly 2 pood kettlebell snatches this morning!  I powered through it though!  Tough WOD:

10 Minute AMRAP

  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 5 Kettlebell Snatches per Arm (70/53)

Got away with 6 complete rounds plus 5 Ring Dips.  Felt pretty good about it because those snatches were ridiculous!     However, this wasn’t really the best thing from this mornings training session.  I PR’s my Front Squat 3 Rep Max by 5lbs.  I got 225lbs!!  Two red plates!  Remember this post where I said, “Next Time?”  Continuing to get stronger.  Love it!
