3 Plate Back Squat! | Lift Heavy Run Long

I think I’ve got 325 in me… 🙂

We were going for a 3 rep max.  I got 275 pretty easy and couldn’t resist going for 315 1RM.  I’m excited about getting this, but can’t help but wonder if I could get 325.

Today’s WOD:

Kind of a tough one, but got 4 rounds plus 40 reps.  Not too bad.  On to the weekend!!
