Back to Work! | Lift Heavy Run Long

I was gone to the River with some friends of mine for a few days and had WAY too much fun.  So much in fact I didn’t get to train Monday (yesterday).  Anyway, feeling pretty good today after lots of sleep.  It was a pretty good day. I’m loving this program.  Getting stronger every week it feels like.

Find 4RM Front Squat (200 lbs); 4 x4 @ 90% of 4RM (180lbs)

then…

Find 4RM Press (125 lbs.); 4 x4 @ 90% of 4RM (117lbs. used 120)

then…

Every minute on the minute for 8 Minutes:

3 x Jerk @ 70% (130 lbs.)

This took up all of my time so this evening I will do the rest:

8 x 200m Run; 1 min break
