We strive for greatness. At work. At home. In athletics. But, do we practice to achieve that greatness?
What are you practicing to be great at? Maybe it’s to be a great parent, a great employee, a great leader, a great spouse, or a great athlete. Maybe you’re practicing many of those at the same time or maybe just one thing to be great at and the rest you’re happy with some middle ground. We lament our perceived failures to reach success and greatness in our lives but did you truly invest time and energy into practicing wholeheartedly to achieve it?
Success should not be expected without investment in work.
