Running Skills/Drills – 15 Minutes

Deadlift 4 Rep Max

Worked up to 315# and decided to go for 365# right from there.  Last week I pulled 345# for 4 so I wanted to get after 365# today.  I missed it. I pulled it 3 times pretty well, and missed the 3rd pull.

EMOM 10 Minutes – 1 Power Snatch, 1 Snatch @ 75%

Used 100# and really tried to work on getting under the bar.  Felt great.

EMOM (Even Minutes for 4 Rounds)

  • 24 Pistols

Did these down to a 12″ box.  So it was more of a Pistol Box Squat.  I think I could probably get a couple reps without the box now.  I didn’t try.  13.2 will be out tomorrow, and I’m hoping there won’t be pistols.  🙂
