Activity: 10-mile run/walk and plan to CrossFit today
Nutrition: On the upper-end of relatively good, considering the participant’s capability to implode all over himself.
Attitude: Fantastic.

I have made it through a week. I act like I should receive a medal of honor for simply doing what I said I was going to do.

I have not done anything incredibly well but I have not done anything incredibly bad either- that is why I feel so encouraged. I was concerned that after running the 10miles on Sunday, I would spend the rest of the day inhaling calories at a lethal level but for whatever reason, I did not. It was probably because I didn’t want to write about it.

I have a good mindset this morning and CrossFit this afternoon, if I can maintain throughout today and tonight, I will be inspired.

I just need to steer clear of disaster. My version of ideal nutrition is most people’s “coulda done better”. Here is to hanging in there one more day.
