4RM Deadlift
Worked up to 345 (pictured above). It was heavy, but I pulled it off. Not too bad at all.

EMOM for 8 Minutes: 3 x Power Cleans @ 70%
I worked up to a 1RM first and only got 185. I should be able to pull 200, but I guess the deadlifts took it out of me. So on the above movement I used 130 lbs. It’s not as easy as it looks.
