Plausible deniability is God’s greatest alibi.

No one in history has ever done a better job of convincing the world that he doesn’t exist, while in the face of glaring evidence to the contrary, than the man himself- The big “G”.

The “OG”

The original OG.

The G that was playing G before there were G’s.

The universe is the world’s finest defense team. The universe is to God, what Johnny was to OJ. There has never been a more masterful performance of denying that something is in total when all evidence points to the contrary.

I am a master of denying the obvious. My past is equally filled with denial as my present. I have denied everything from anger, alcohol, eating, depression, and most importantly, existence- God’s existence, or at the very least an existence in something.

I deny perfection. I try to convince myself that my life is anything other than perfect in every way. I work hard to believe that this world isn’t everything that I would like it to be. I put a lot of time into trying to convince myself that you have it better than I do, the world is not fair, and I am somehow the victim of more hardship than others.

There is not a day that goes by that I do not take all of it for granted. There is not a moment that passes when I would not be justified in taking pause and becoming aware of all of the things that the universe has done, and is currently doing, for me which I had little to no involvement in.

Denial takes work. Denying that the universe has provided me a world of abundance and convincing myself that conditions are less than ideal requires effort. Believing that the world is becoming a less beautiful place to live and convincing myself that my quality of life should be determined by trends established by national news agencies as opposed to enjoying what is placed in front of me is nothing short of delusional.

If someone should ever categorize me as being lazy, I will point them to my timeclock of deniability. Unhappiness and discontent take effort. My I should relax and not work so hard.
