I did a push up!!! I can't believe it, I'm so stoked!! One week ago I couldn't push myself off the ground. Check. Me. Out. I feel like such a badass. Yesterday I was really depressed and was telling myself I wasn't sure I would be able to build any more muscle back or and get back to where I was. Today I'm a rockstar. Look at me!! I did a lot of good work today. Happy Fourth! Strength Conditioning "Firecracker" Teams of 3 21 Rounds of: Felt really good today.This was really the first WoD that I felt like I pushed myself really hard in. I had to scale WAY down but it was tough. I used a 35 pound Kettlebell and my burpees are walk down burpees and my right arm can't really support a lot of weight so I'm scared to use it so it was hard doing burpees. My team finished in 29 minutes. I also ran one mile: "/>
