I’m tired and don’t have a lot to say. But I did some chin ups and bench pressing today! More weight than last week, so getting stronger.

D2: Side Plank | 1/3 x 10/20 sec @ 60 sec |
I also did a conditioning piece after this:
12 Minute AMRAP
- 11 Kettlebell Swings (35lbs)
- 8 Kettlebell Reverse Lunges
- 5 Push Jerks (45 lb bar)
