Friday!  I weighed in at 182 this morning.  I was still pretty sore and tired this morning even though I took off yesterday.  Good workout today though…

EMOM 1 Clean and Jerk.  Start at 60% of your 1RM

I warmed up quite a bit with 115 and 135 then got into it starting with 115.  I worked all the way up to 195 and missed the Jerk (Dammit!!).  So close too.  So, still trying to get over that 185lb hump.  Not bad at all though.

  • 5 Push Ups (Hands off Deck)
  • 5 Toes to Bar

All unbroken! Finished in 7:29 and felt good.  It was a little extra hot in the gym today so I was pretty nasty after all this…  Have a great holiday weekend, and enjoy this Mobility Kit commercial!
