They say that the illumination of your headlights is as far into the future as you need to see- the rest is simple faith.

I don’t know much about faith or the light that is shown before me, and I don’t think it is important. My problem is not the brightness of my own headlights, but the staring into the lights of others. When I gaze outside of my lane, I lose focus. I become mesmerized by the appearance of what I believe the other driver’s road to look like; the car they are driving; the passengers they are carrying; the contents within the vehicle. My eyes can’t adjust and my path becomes blurred.

I need to keep focus on my lane.
