My friend Pedro loves honey.
It’s not even the taste that he enjoys, so much as it is the effort which goes into making it. Making honey is hard work. It’s a slow process that involves a team, with no one bee’s job being more important than the rest. Without the hive there is no honey.
Pedro appreciates hard work. He appreciates persistency and fortitude. He appreciates effort, even when the results will be delayed until the distant future. He see value in resolve. It takes hard work to appreciate hard work.
It is easier to admire the janitor who values his mop, than the CEO who envies his hair.
It seems as if success is nothing more than a willingness to work hard, regardless of how insignificant the task at hand might seem to be.
Walk with purpose.
Put forth effort.

This is great. I have been trying to guess what direction the blog would go based on the word. This was not where I went, and this is much more meaningful.
Thanks David! I have a hard time figuring out which direction the blog is going to go as soon as I hear the word myself. Often times, the direction I go in my head is absurd, but I enjoy picking one and attempting to stay the course. I appreciate your reading.
Have a great day.
Thanks,I needed this. I have a new boss with big ideas. Bigger than most task require. I was feeling a little insufficient.
You bet, Roger. Thank you. I know the feeling. You will get to the other side of it.
