A1: Back Squat 5RM; 2 x 5 @90%
B1: Power Clean + Clean @75% of Clean every min on the min for 10 min

210lbs. on the Back Squats, and 176lbs. on the Cleans.  The cleans were tough, but felt good.

Then…

12 Minute AMRAP

  • 16 Pistols
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings (53#)

More pistols…small black band used.  I’ll be doing real pistols very soon.  I can feel it. 🙂  Feeling strong.  Ready for a long run on Saturday!
