There’s a book still sitting on my desk at home and I’m looking through it over and over before returning it to the library soon. “You are a Badass” by Jen Sincero. This book may have been the biggest push I’ve ever received to build towards the life I envision for myself versus the life I lived for the first 48 years of my 50 on this planet. It wasn’t a bad life. It wasn’t a great life either and it definitely wasn’t the one I truly wanted for myself.
Some of us, including me, need to know someone believes they have it in them to accomplish every freaking goal they want to set for themselves. Many people just believe in themselves and that’s all they need. I’m not that person. I wasn’t raised to believe in myself so I never learned I could. Until now. I know now that I can believe in myself and set killer goals. I might fail. I might succeed. I’m taking every shot I possibly can.
So, what say you, readers? What killer goals are you setting for yourself in your life? This year, this decade, this life?
