Brandi Marter is owner/chef at Bedrock Market & Cafe/Bedrock Boombox (the cafe’s food truck) in downtown Memphis. She also continues the online Bedrock Eats and Sweets that has been supplying the Paleo/Primal Memphis market with pre-order meal prep since 2012. Brandi has hosted several Paleo cooking seminars and has recently begun a macronutrient education series.
