First up, snatches:
EMOM for 8 Minutes: 1 Snatch @ 90%
I was only able to get 115 for a 1RM this morning. It’s unbelievable how weak I am at snatches and overhead presses. Good thing I’m not trying to be the best at those two movements. Anyway, did the workout with 105lbs. No problems, it went fine.
