Seriously…the PR’s just keep coming. I’m not complaining about that at all!!
Back Squat 4 Rep Max; 4 x4 @ 90%
So, last week I put up 240lbs. for a 4 Rep Max. Today I worked up to 235, and decided to go for 250 because I felt really good after 235. I got it! BOOM! 10lb PR!
Then…
EMOM for 10 Minutes: Power Clean + Clean @ 75% of 1RM
I started with 140, but it just felt too light after 2 rounds I went to 150lbs. These felt pretty good. The last two were tough, but not too bad.
Then…

- 24 Pistols
- 15 Kettlebell Swings ( 70lbs)
Woof! Seriously, these workouts are great, but getting really tough. Whenever I see my coach come in while I’m training I give him the most horrible and disgusting look I can conjure up! 🙂
