So way back in February I did an interview with a guy named Michael Myser for an article he was writing on distance runners that did Crossfit Endurance type training for Muscle and Performance Magazine.  That was a while back, and I hadn’t thought about it much lately.  Then this morning one of my friends (and Lift Heavy Run Long reader) posted this on my Facebook wall:

You can imagine my excitement when I saw this!  It was still 5am and I had to get to the gym, so I’d have to wait until after that to get a copy.  I stopped at Kroger after training and picked one up.  It’s a great article with Faction Strength and Conditioning mentions along with Lift Heavy Run Long!  Be sure to go get a copy and check it out.  I don’t see an online version, so if anyone knows where I can find one let me know.  Thanks for letting me know about it, Brent! 🙂
