Mood/Reflections: My mood goes back and forth. Some moments I’m over this whole thing and just want to feel 100% again. Other moments I’m feeling grateful for the reset. I’m learning a great deal of patience.
Training: I didn’t do much today and don’t really intend to. I coached the early am classes at the gym, and then came to work. I went for a nice walk at lunch and enjoyed the sunshine. My hamstrings are SUPER sore. I am guessing it’s from the wall balls during Saturday’s workout. I’m going to wait another week or so before trying to add any workouts into the mix. Stick to jogging/running for a little bit longer.
It’s my birthday week and that means that good ole Thirsty Runner and myself will be running a couple of times this week. His birthday is on Tuesday and mine is on Thursday. We usually run 4.x miles to correspond with how old we are (we’re the same age). This time we will just have to see how it goes. Maybe 4.4 miles or 44 minutes whichever comes first! 🙂 Have a great week and do something awesome! Send me an email and tell me about it.
