Percy Wells Cerutty and his team were somewhat ahead of their time. Advocating weightlifting and hill/sand dune repeats for runners back in the 40s. This is my lethargic attempt at emulating these freaks. Today’s session was 1 mile run across dunes – 5 efforts up the dune (5th one shown on video) and then a 1.5-mile recovery run along the beach. Beautiful.
