I weighed 187 lbs. this morning!  I am swollen, but feeling strong…  I think I’ll stop eating everything I see for a couple of weeks. I also did not scale Overhead Squats down to 95lbs this morning.  I did them at the prescribed 115lbs!!  Awesome!  But first, there were snatches…

EMOM 1 Snatch; Add 10 lbs. each time; start with 60% of 1RM

I knew this was going to be quick.  Warmed up a bunch with 75lbs which is 60% of my max then started.  I got only 4 lifts at 75, 85, 95, and 105.  I missed 115 pretty bad.  I hate snatching.  Makes me feel so weak…

Then…

  • 5 Kettlebell Swings (2 Pood)
  • 3 Overhead Squats (115lbs)
  • Run 150M

I finished in 9:30, and was really happy to have done it RX.  I told myself that with only 3 squats at a time that I should be able to handle it.  I got them all unbroken, so that was good.  70lb Kettlebell felt good, unbroken, no problems.  Short workout as it’s an unloading week.  Looking forward to racing soon!!  I feel like running a long way.
