I weighed 187 lbs. this morning!  I am swollen, but feeling strong…  I think I’ll stop eating everything I see for a couple of weeks. I also did not scale Overhead Squats down to 95lbs this morning.  I did them at the prescribed 115lbs!!  Awesome!  But...
