First, this morning… Crossfit Games Open WOD 12.1. revisited.  As many burpees as possible in 7 minutes.  Doesn’t sound too bad, but it’s awful.  Got 91 burpees back in February.  This morning, only 86.  I admit that I didn’t try as hard this...

I’m Back!

Back at Faction Strength and Conditioning this morning!  Great to see some of my friends there again.  My coach was there as well, so it was really nice to be able to train with him on hand.  We talked a little about training and my next race, and then I got after it....

So this summer we went on vacation to Pensacola Beach and I left my Vibram Five Fingers there.  It was awful because I really loved training in those shoes.  Weightlifting was great, MetCons were great, the short runs during MetCons were great and I even did my POSE...
