Another good day in the books.  Not quite as tough as yesterday, but still loved it.  First up, the press: Press 3RM; 5 x 3 @ 90% Worked up to 140 3RM.  So the 90% was at 125. Then… Power Clean + 2 Jerks x 8 @ 70%; rest 60 Did this at 135lbs and felt great....
