Wow, I was cursing my coach this morning! Press 3RM; 5 x 3 @ 90% Worked up to 135 for a set of 3, then did the 5 x3 @ 125. Jerks 8 x 2 @ 80%; rest 60 sec Did this at 165 lbs.  It was hard.  Really hard for some reason. Then… 50 Handstand Pushups 25 Hang Power...

Another good day in the books.  Not quite as tough as yesterday, but still loved it.  First up, the press: Press 3RM; 5 x 3 @ 90% Worked up to 140 3RM.  So the 90% was at 125. Then… Power Clean + 2 Jerks x 8 @ 70%; rest 60 Did this at 135lbs and felt great....
