Here’s how today’s training went down:
Weight: 183 Meh. Need to lose about 10 pounds, but I can’t stop eating! 🙂
Work:
- Push Jerk + Split Jerk x 5 success (165lbs)
- Trap Bar Jump 2 x 3 @ 103% of clean (255lbs)
- 3 Position Clean(high, mid, floor) x 3 @65% (165lbs)
- Windshield Wipers 10 x 3
Then this evening I did:
9 x 400M Run 3 Minute Rest Splits went like this:
1:40 ,1:41,1:42,1:45,1:43,1:46,1:48,1:48,1:42
I got mad on the last one. 🙂 When I get down to around 170 I’ll be smoking!
