Tuesday Training

Weight: 182 lbs.

I’ve been on this 3 week training cycle since late June/July.  Out of all the days, week 1 day 2 is my favorite.  It really drains me and I love it.

Work I:

30 Turkish Get Ups @ 1 Pood

Finished in 7:20

Rest 10 Minutes

Work II:

5 Rounds

  • Heavy Front Squat x 3 Load:  175 lbs.
  • 10 Pullups
  • 15 Burpees
  • Rest 5 Minutes

Finished in 28:00.  The squats got hard at the end, but I flew through the pullups and burpees pretty easy.

Tomorrow is a rest day I think.  Sometimes I’ll end up running, but gotta wait for my coach!
