Ring Handstand Hold 12 rounds (30:45 sec)

I finished the first WOD in 7:25, then did the row in 7:30.  Not bad for the row, but man it killed me.  Rowing always kicks my ass.  If you don’t ever do any rowing, go find a rower somewhere and get you some.  Rowing is horrible, and you have to try it! 🙂  The handstand holds were more of attempts and practice for me, but at the end I got two really good ones.  It was fine once I got over the fear of falling on my face.  I held two of them really well.
