That was rough. Finished in 40:58. Had about a minute rest between each round. Mostly the rowing was the worst part. I’ve gotten too fat for most of my dress clothes so there’s that. Honestly I was surprised when I stepped on the scale at the beginning of the week because I thought I was going to weigh about 220. But making improvements and better decisions daily so looking forward to the results. 4 days in a row at the gym. I think my day is just better when I get up at 5AM and workout at 6AM. It sets a good tone for the day.
