Weight: 203 -3 lbs

Finally got a run in! It’s been a perfect week for workouts. Up every day at 5am to go to the gym, and a 5 mile run today. Will likely rest tomorrow or just go for a walk or easy job. I’m definitely feeling the last few days. I’m not pushing it too hard at the gym though so that I can make sure I’m recovered enough to go back the next day. Looking forward to next week!
