Back to what I hope is a normal training routine now. I’m six weeks away from my next 50 mile race, and I’m really excited about training. I’ve set a goal of 10 hours and 30 minutes. Sounds a bit slow (12 minute miles) but for me it would be an hour PR over last year. I can’t wait to see how it goes.

Holy crap…I barely got 60 Calories. Lots of work to do here.
- Back Squat 3RM; 4 x 3 @ 90%
I actually haven’t done any back squats in a few weeks which is really bad, but it felt good to be back under the bar today. Although I only got 235 for my 3RM (Should be closer to 290) it felt good, and I was happy. Considering the assault bike ride before this I’ll take it. 🙂

- 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
- 25 Double Unders
I got through 11 rounds and 9 Kettlebell swings.
AMRAP felt pretty good, double unders were just about all unbroken, KB Swings unbroken. See you tomorrow…
