A little Pistol practice, weighted ring dips, some running and squats!

Worked up to 45 pounds, and felt good.  After the dips, I got in some much needed pistol practice.  I still can’t ditch the weight for assistance.

  • 200M Run
  • 30 Air Squats

This felt pretty good.  The weather is really nice today so it felt good to be outside running.  I finished in 8:44.  I’m going to try to get to the track tomorrow, and hopefully the weather will be as nice as it is today.
