Knocked this one out early this morning at Desoto Crossfit in Southaven, MS. I like getting over there on Thursdays because it’s just about 5 minutes from my house! 🙂 It started as a 20 round WOD, but the coach turned it into a 20 minute AMRAP.
Started with 3 rounds of the “Barbell Complex” then:
AMRAP 20 Minutes:
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats
- 400M-ish Run
16 Rounds total with my partner. We did pretty good. I felt good about it because I never gassed out on the pushups. In the past, I’ve broken down around 50 pushups and had to break them up. I did these 8 rounds all unbroken.
