4th training day in a row. Probably should have had a rest day, this workout was pretty tough for me. 16 days until Ouachita. I think next week I am suppose to be “tapering” or something like that. The family is going to the Tennessee River this weekend and I’m going to try to get some running in and maybe a workout or two before I begin my descent into race week. 50 miles is coming, gotta be ready for it.
