Day 1 of Week 1 (of 4)

  • Front Squat 3RM; 4 x 3 @ 90%
  • EMOM 8 Minutes 3 Power Cleans @ 70% of 1RM

Worked up to a 205 3 rep max, and then did the sets at 185#.  So I didn’t quite make it to my 3RM PR of 225#.  Power Cleans felt pretty good at 150#.

Then…

10 Rounds

  • 6 Pullups
  • 6 Pushups
  • 6 Pistols

11:02.  Pistols were down to a 10″ box, but felt much better than in the past.  I think the ankle mobility stuff I’ve been doing is really paying off.
