• Bench Press 4RM; 4 x 4 @ 90%

Worked up to 175# on the 4RM and did the sets at 155#.  Felt good.  Probably should have gone heavier.

Then…

4 Rounds

  • 15 Kettlebell Thrusters (Weight for Unbroken)
  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 15 Burpees

So this was brutal.  15:07.  I thought I could handle 35# kettlebells unbroken.  Nope.  First round was unbroken, but the rest I  broke up into sets of 5.  They were MUCH harder than I expected them to be.

Then…

“Death by 10 Meters”

EMOM add one 10 meter sprint until you run out of minute.  I got 15 rounds.  Pretty tough after that nasty little WOD, but I think this was a 1 round PR.  I haven’t done it in a while, and need to do it more often.
