A1: Bench Press 5RM
A2: Barbell Row 5RM

6 Rounds:

  • 8 Pistols
  • 4 HSPU
  • 50 Double Unders.

145lbs. on the Bench, 165lbs on the Row. Good MetCon.  Still using the band on pistols.  I probably need some coaching on that movement.  Did all the HSPU’s.  On the last round though only one at a time.  Double unders were a cinch.  Good day for a Monday! 🙂
