Von Ralls – CF-L1, Crossfit Endurance, Distance Runner
I’ve been a Crossfitter for about 6 years. I started as a 5′ 10″, 200 pound, out of shape 34 year old. The community at Faction Strength and Conditioning, the CrossFit community, and the running community here in Desoto County and Memphis, TN have changed my life. I’m in better shape and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been in my life. I’ve gone from barely being able to finish a 5K run to completing 3 50K races and 2 50 Mile races. My race times have been going down, and my strength numbers have been going up. It is my goal to be as strong as possible while maintaining the ability to finish Marathons and Ultra Marathons with respectable times. I may not be the fastest racer at the event, but I will be the strongest! This is my continuing quest.
