Snatch + Snatch Balance x 5 (2 Second Pause at Bottom SB)

Load:  40Kg

then:

Back Squat 5RM; 4 x5 @ 90%

Loads:  207 lbs., 207lbs., 211lbs., 211lbs.

then:

Bench Press 5RM; 2 x 5 @ 90%

Load: 127lbs.

Feels good to be back on a program again.  It’s nice to be lifting, but it’s going to take some getting use to.  It’s different going from high intensity every day to just lifting on some days.  Can’t wait to see the progress!  Tonight I’ll be running a little bit.  Here’s the run workout:
