- Front Squat 3RM; 4 x 3 @ 90%
- Snatch Deadlift 3 @ 70%; 3 x 3 @ 80%
Worked up to 215# on the 3RM. Still not up to the 225# PR, but 10# better than last time. I’ve actually never done Snatch Deadlifts before, so I wasn’t really sure what weight to use. I went with 175# and 185#.
