Nice little MetCon this evening.  It’s an unloading week, so nothing too crazy.  Still looking forward to maxing some lifts Saturday!  Here’s a little video of tonights training I threw together.  Work was:  5 Rounds of 3 x Heavy Power Snatch (Used 115lbs.) 10 Pullups, 25 Double Unders and 5 Minutes Rest.  I finished in 24:33.
