Week 1 Day 3 | Lift Heavy Run Long

Day 3 of Work!

  • Tall Clean + 2 Stop Clean (Mid Thigh) x 5
  • Front Squat 5RM; 2 x 5 @90%
  • Barbell Row 5RM; 4 x 5 @90%
  • GHD Situps 4 x15; 30 Seconds Rest

This evening I’ll run:

  • 4 x 100M Sprints; Rest 1:00

Loads on the Cleans: 110,132,143,152,156 lbs.

Loads on the Squats:  185lbs.

Loads on the Rows:  135lbs.

Feeling good, but need to eat more.  I know I’m not eating enough… 🙁
